Graduating from FIT with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Andrea Sielken is a seasoned technology recruiter that got her start during the height of the internet era 20+ years ago. Having worked in every type of market through the years, she employs her experiences to advise her clients and candidates on the best approach for their current searches.

Currently serving as National Managing Director of TBG’s Technology Division, she has built and led a national practice focusing on partnering with past, current, and new clients, assisting in sourcing and screening of candidates alongside her team, conducting weekly reviews and training meetings while also providing strategic leadership.

Her #1 priority has always been to offer the best client and candidate experience through honest, direct and transparent communication.
