Lindsay Orenstein, National Managing Director

Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kean University. She began her career in the legal industry as a court stenographer, and in 2015, she transitioned into the staffing industry. With many years of staffing experience under her belt, Lindsay joined TBG in August of 2020 as Practice Director of the Legal division. Currently, she is the National Managing Director of Legal, where the team specializes in the placement of all legal staff, attorneys, contract attorneys and contract paralegals with law firms and in-house at every level. We are here to cater to your firm/organizations needs and welcome the opportunity to assist you with little to no notice. We offer a 24-48 hour turnaround and pride ourselves on our ability to go above and beyond for our clients and candidates. Lindsay thrives on connecting with others, which is evident in her enriched professional relationships. With her admirable drive and dedication, Lindsay developed the Legal team from a one-woman show into an extraordinary powerhouse team of nearly 10 dedicated individuals.

Ronni Deserto, Director, Legal

Ronni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Bucknell University. She began her staffing career at TBG and joined as an associate recruiter. She joined TBG’s Real Estate team in May of 2020, and later moved over to the Legal division. Prior to recruiting, Ronni practiced law for over 10 years both at law firms and in house. Her experience in law gives her a unique perspective, which allows her to relate both to clients and candidates. Ronni is currently the Associate Practice Director of the Legal division.

Sara Luksin, District, Atlanta

Sara is the District Director of Atlanta and oversees multiple lines of business, including the Legal Division. Sara is a specialist in the legal market on a National scale and in hiring trends and solutions focused on attorneys and legal support staff, both in-house and at law firms, and on a permanent and/or interim basis.

Throughout her career, Sara has established herself as a top producer and has built top-performing teams. She came to The Bachrach Group with expertise in the job market from working with both clients and candidates and brought an extensive established network with her. Sara consistently stays abreast of developments in her field while optimizing symbiotic hiring relationships to deliver exceptional legal talent and staffing solutions to clients ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to startups, and AmLaw 100 to Boutique Law Firms. Her approach to staffing is centered around creating ideal and strategic matches as she understands the importance of finding the right fit and takes the time to ensure that partnerships are formed organically and with careful consideration.  Sara believes in giving each search her full personal attention, recognizing the significance of every position for an organization.
