Steve Juvelier, Senior Managing Director of Admin Support

Steve is a graduate of Baruch College and has over 30+ years of experience within the staffing industry. After nine years working in the field, Steve became a partner of Allegheny “Personnel,” where he remained for 10 years. Soon after, he joined TBG and never looked back. Beginning on TBG’s Sales team in 2011, Steve gradually moved up in leadership to become the Healthcare Division’s Sales lead. From there, he transitioned into Sales for the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering Division. In 2020, Steve accepted the offer to become the Director of Corporate Services at TBG. He looks forward to the amazing success and growth that TBG will have in the future.

Gwen Poole, Associate Practice Director

Gwen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of New Haven. Gwen has worked in recruiting for the entirety of her career. When she was in college, she temped for a staffing company during breaks. Her hard work, dedication, and talent made her a true asset and great candidate for the company, and when she graduated, rather than sending her out as a temp for other companies, they brought her on full time. She joined TBG in March of 2015 as an Associate Director. Gwen worked her way up the ladder, and in 2021 was named Associate Practice Director of the Office Support division. Gwen’s time as a temp worker and the years of experience in the staffing industry have contributed to her leadership skills and her talent for helping candidates land jobs that they can be proud of.
