Joe Harding, Director of East Coast

After short careers in Fashion and Theater, Joseph Harding landed in the world of Temporary, Outsourcing, and Supplemental Staffing.  Now, with over 25 years of experience he has combined his passion for the arts with the practical realities needed for staffing major events at the Javits Center and other prestigious venues. He has supported restaurants and catering ballrooms with both front and back of house staff, coordinated security, and registration staff at major fashion shows in NYC. Joseph volunteers as a guest lecturer for Project Springboard at the American Theatre Wing and at The LGBTQ Community Center.  In addition, he works closely with the Project Shaw, the Young Patrons of the Metropolitan Opera, the Apollo Circle at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Frick Collection.  Joseph Harding’s passion for knowledge and the arts started while studying Medieval History at Fordham University, where he holds his degree.

Darlene Gutierrez, Director of West Coast

Darlene began her Recruiting career in January 1991. After being placed by her future boss and mentor, she was offered a position as a recruiter in the Permanent staffing division. After Darlene’s first year she was transferred to the Temporary staffing division where she continued her career with the same company for 10 years helping to open the Culinary division, Asst. Manager in Accounting & Finance, and Branch Manager of the Labor division. Afterwards, she began direct recruiting for a mortgage company. Darlene then opened her own mortgage recruiting firm and did recruiting and sold real estate. When the market crashed in 2008, Darlene relocated to Nevada where she spent the next 10 years as a Special needs teacher. In 2018 she came back to recruiting and was fortune enough to start with TBG in March 2020.
