Steve Juvelier
Director of Corporate Services

Steve Juvelier got his start in the staffing industry in 1983, right after graduating from Baruch College. After nine years in the industry, Steve became a partner of Allegheny “Personnel,” where he remained for 10 years, and which, until joining TBG, was the highlight of his career.

Steve joined TBG’s Sales team in 2011, where he specialized in selling for the Technology division. Just a few years later, Steve helped start our Healthcare division as the team’s Sales lead. In 2013, he transitioned over to Sales for the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering team, where he remains currently. In early 2020, Steve was given the opportunity to lead the NYC Corporate Services team. Steve looks forward to continuing to see great success in both groups.

Lauren Buonopane
Practice Director

Lauren has been working in the staffing industry for 8 years, and has been with The Bachrach Group for the last 5 years, where she leads the Office Support division. After graduating from Mount Saint Mary College with a BA in History/Political Science and a Minor in Business, Lauren led the recruitment team at Adecco for their Princeton, NJ office. While at Adecco, she discovered her passion for recruiting, which eventually led her to The Bachrach Group in NYC.

Lauren and her team are geared to accommodate temporary and temporary-to-permanent needs at a moment’s notice within all industries throughout the country. She has always believed that building strong and trusting relationships with both her clients and candidates is the key to being successful in the staffing industry.
