Steve Juvelier
Director of Corporate Services

Steve is a graduate of Baruch College and has over 30+ years of experience within the staffing industry. After nine years working in the field, Steve became a partner of Allegheny “Personnel,” where he remained for 10 years. Soon after, he joined TBG and never looked back. Beginning on TBG’s Sales team in 2011, Steve gradually moved up in leadership to become the Healthcare Division’s Sales lead. From there, he transitioned into Sales for the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering Division. In 2020, Steve accepted the offer to become the Director of Corporate Services at TBG. He looks forward to the amazing success and growth that TBG will have in the future.


Lauren Buonopane
Practice Director

Lauren holds a BA in History/Political Science and a Minor in Business from Mount Saint Mary College. After graduating, she led the recruitment team at Adecco for their Princeton, NJ office. While at Adecco, she discovered her passion for recruiting, which eventually led her to The Bachrach Group in NYC. She has been with TBG for the last 8 years and currently has 10+ years of experience in the staffing industry.

Lauren and her team are geared to accommodate temporary and temporary-to-permanent needs at a moment’s notice within all industries throughout the country. She has always believed that building strong and trusting relationships with both her clients and candidates is the key to being successful in the staffing industry.
