Frank Lambert, Associate Practice Director, Security

Frank holds a BA in Criminal Justice from John Jay College. He has cultivated over 15 years of experience across multiple verticals in the recruitment industry. Eventually, he joined TBG and became the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition in 2013. He initially specialized in placing Human Resources professionals and has since added Medical, Hospitality, Administrative, and Security staffing to his repertoire.
