- Full cycle talent acquisition
- Create and implement talent acquisition strategy
- Manage internal and external relationships
- Source candidates, market research, oversee hiring process concept to on-boarding
- Interview and assess candidates for temporary, non exempt and exempt positions
- Develop job descriptions, create requisitions and applicant tracking
- Coordinate relocation, immigration, staffing and recruiting
- Initiate and track pre-employment screens
- Liaison with recruiting partners
- Minimum 5 years' experience professional and high volume skilled trades recruiting
- Integrity, initiative, organized and project management
