One of Anthony’s favorite aspects of being President of TBG has been working with good people with strong entrepreneurial work ethics. Mr. Fanzo holds a BS from Fordham University in Computer Science and is formerly 63, 6, and 7 Licensed.
In January 2020, Evan was promoted to TBG’s Chief of Staff, and later in the year stepped up as TBG’S COO. In this position, he oversees various aspects of TBG’s business, including but not limited to internal training programs, staff augmentation, conflict resolution, strategic partnerships, technology expansion, and new market development. A graduate of Pace University, Evan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies.
Amy started her career as a Recruiting Coordinator at a staffing agency in 2011. She previously attended Queens College, where she received her BA in Sociology. She has always been fascinated by and passionate about helping others and studying social behavior, so this degree would have an everlasting impact on her future in HR.
Matt’s work now has a broader scope, and he and his team focus on multiple verticals, including IT, Digital, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, Legal, Office Support, and Admin (Temp and Perm). He represents professionals at a variety of levels, from entry level to C-level executives.
Matt is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Media Studies.
James has been with TBG since 2014, and is currently the National Managing Director of Sales. TBG’s nationwide sales team specializes in all business verticals for temp, temp to permanent staffing, and direct hire for the Accounting, Digital Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Hospitality, Human Resources, Legal, Manufacturing, Medical, Office Support, Real Estate, Sales & Technology industries. By networking and collaborating with leading advertising agencies, start-ups, ad-tech, and retail companies, James has effectively placed the best talent nationwide.
His extensive knowledge of risk and quantitative analytics gives Marshall the edge to deliver strategic advice and exceptional talent across market, credit, and operational risks. In a highly competitive field, Marshall and his team make the process of engaging high-caliber quality matches efficient and seamless across all levels.
Currently serving as National Managing Director of TBG’s Technology Division, she has built and led a national practice focusing on partnering with past, current, and new clients, assisting in sourcing and screening of candidates alongside her team, conducting weekly reviews and training meetings while also providing strategic leadership.
Her #1 priority has always been to offer the best client and candidate experience through honest, direct and transparent communication. Andrea believes that in the technology market, each search is unique and the key to her teams success is developing a custom approach for every search to meet that specific clients unique needs. Successful recruiting is match making. You have to find that right “chemistry” from both sides!
Keith Olson serves as the Practice Director of the Healthcare Division at The Bachrach Group (TBG). Since the start of his recruiting career in 2016, Keith has played a key role in the division’s growth – collaborating with and leading a team of specialized recruiters. Drawing from his educational background in Communication (he holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Kean University), Keith is passionate about building and sustaining relationships with clients and candidates.
