Anthony Fanzo is directly responsible for the management of TBG Staffing. Under Anthony’s leadership, TBG has grown from a boutique NYC agency to a national force, with offices in 14 different markets. TBG has received numerous awards from such organizations as Forbes, Crain’s, Glassdoor, Inc. 5000, and SIA. Anthony began his career in Executive Search in 1994 with a focus on C-level Finance and Technology roles. Over the next 19 years, Anthony spent his career in leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies in Staffing. In 2013, Anthony joined TBG. Anthony became Chief Operating Officer of the Bachrach Group in 2014, and later became President in 2019.

One of Anthony’s favorite aspects of being President of TBG has been working with good people with strong entrepreneurial work ethics. Mr. Fanzo holds a BS from Fordham University in Computer Science and is formerly 63, 6, and 7 Licensed.

Matt joined TBG in 2009 and has recently moved to Philadelphia to run their Mid Atlantic Region. With ten years of experience in the staffing industry, Matt thrives on searching for extraordinary talent and connecting clients with exceptional candidates. Prior to his move, Matt was the Practice Director for TBG’s Technology division in NYC.

Matt’s work now has a broader scope, and he and his team focus on multiple verticals, including IT, Digital, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, Legal, Office Support, and Admin (Temp and Perm). He represents professionals at a variety of levels, from entry level to C-level executives.

Matt is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Media Studies.

Amy handles all Internal HR and Employee Relations at TBG. Amy has worked in both staffing and corporate organizations and has experience in building HR departments from the ground up. She has generated and implemented various programs and continues to create new, more efficient protocols in order to streamline processes. Amy is up to date on policies and laws, making compliance a top priority. Amy is constantly exploring ways to better the culture of an organization, and is always there to lend a helping hand and a listening ear to whomever might need advice, encouragement, or just a confidant to open up to.

Amy started her career as a Recruiting Coordinator at a staffing agency in 2011. She previously attended Queens College, where she received her BA in Sociology. She has always been fascinated by and passionate about helping others and studying social behavior, so this degree would have an everlasting impact on her future in HR.

Scott Bachrach began his career as an IT professional in 1995 and has been implementing systems and processes to maximize productivity and profitability ever since. Scott joined the TBG team in March of 2005; in 2020 he was named Chief Technology Officer, and as of 2024 Scott now serves as TBG’s Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Scott applies his expertise in problem solving and administrative efficiency to all areas of business and uses his experience and knowledge to help teams thrive. His duties include fostering operational excellence, overseeing internal training programs, staff augmentation, new market development, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration to drive TBG’s success. Scott’s insight, enthusiasm, drive, and commitment to company-wide success keep TBG’s team thriving.

Sophia graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in History with coursework geared towards political science, international business, and gender & women’s studies. After graduating, Sophia worked as an executive assistant for entrepreneurs in the tech and recruiting industries where she gained an appreciation and skills for operations and administration. She prides herself on being energetic and pragmatic and hopes to bring this attitude to her TBG team.

Deirdre graduated from Lehman College magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in English literature. Deirdre joined TBG as a research intern in 2019, and quickly advanced to being named Director of Operations in 2023. Deirdre plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing company-wide policies and procedures, as well as keeping TBG’s Operations team up-to-date on best business practices. She also oversees TBG’s population of temporary workers. Deirdre brings to her role a passion for creative problem solving, organizational awareness, and is steadfastly dedicated to TBG’s mission to build better workforces.

Leina Braga is a global business leader who specializes in marketing and communications. With extensive experience in branding, public relations, social media management, and graphic design, Leina enthusiastically drives innovative strategies that support TBG’s national footprint. Leina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Leadership from Concordia College New York.

Yan graduated from the College of Staten Island with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Accounting. He joined TBG in 2015 as the Controller. He is responsible for all the financials, overseeing the back-office operation, reporting, and continually improving all aspects of the accounting processes. Yan has over 20 years of experience prior to joining TBG, where he worked at Tower Legal Solutions and Staffing.

David Darby is a seasoned, talent professional with over 15 years of experience in recruiting. As Senior Vice President of Production at TBG, he is responsible for executing and managing talent searches in verticals such as Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance/Accounting, Healthcare, Human Resources, and Corporate Services. Well versed in the talent market and current conditions, David acts as a trusted advisor to his clients and candidates.

With more than twenty years of Accounting & Finance recruitment experience, Lori Layton provides recognized expertise in adeptly placing professionals in various functional roles, including Staff and Senior Accountants, Controllers, and Financial Officers, as well as high-level consultation positions related to FP&A and SOX Compliance. Today’s Accounting & Finance marketplace requires a complex blend of technical proficiency and education, verified real-world experience, and reliable business acumen, and Lori has a commanding ability to identify and place the professionals who combine these essential skill sets. She leverages her own combination of skills, including detailed listening and needs discernment, a determination to deliver only the very best, and a friendly, open demeanor that creates an enjoyable working and recruitment experience.

Steve is a graduate of Baruch College and has over 30+ years of experience within the staffing industry. After nine years working in the field, Steve became a partner of Allegheny “Personnel,” where he remained for 10 years. Soon after, he joined TBG and never looked back. Beginning on TBG’s Sales team in 2011, Steve gradually moved up in leadership to become the Healthcare Division’s Sales lead. From there, he transitioned into Sales for the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering Division. In 2020, Steve accepted the offer to become the Director of Corporate Services at TBG. A couple years late in 2022, Steve was promoted to Vice President. He looks forward to the amazing success and growth that TBG will have in the future.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kean University. She began her career in the legal industry as a court stenographer, and in 2015, she transitioned into the staffing industry. With many years of staffing experience under her belt, Lindsay joined TBG in August of 2020 as Practice Director of the Legal division. Currently, she is the National Managing Director of Legal, where the team specializes in the placement of all legal staff, attorneys, contract attorneys and contract paralegals with law firms and in-house at every level. With 12 years of experience in Marketing and Recruiting, it was a no-brainer to join TBG as the Sales Director for Digital Media, Creative Marketing, and Sales. James has been with TBG since 2014, and is currently the National Managing Director of Sales. Jordan is a proud graduate of Binghamton University, where he was both a research and teaching assistant. Jordan now leads the firm’s Financial Services Practice. With over a decade’s experience in Executive Search and Recruitment, he is a trusted advisor to corporate and investment banks, asset managers, and private funds seeking exceptional talent in their front offices, risk management groups, and CFO verticals. Marshall graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Currently, he is the Managing Director for the Finance and Risk Division. He is a seasoned Executive Recruiter and Managing Director with over two decades of experience in the field of Risk Management.

His extensive knowledge of risk and quantitative analytics gives Marshall the edge to deliver strategic advice and exceptional talent across market, credit, and operational risks. Graduating from FIT with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Andrea Sielken is a seasoned technology recruiter that got her start during the height of the internet era 20+ years ago. Having worked in every type of market through the years, she employs her experiences to advise her clients and candidates on the best approach for their current searches.

Currently serving as National Managing Director of TBG’s Technology Division, she has built and led a national practice focusing on partnering with past, current, and new clients, assisting in sourcing and screening of candidates alongside her team, conducting weekly reviews and training meetings while also providing strategic leadership.

Her #1 priority has always been to offer the best client and candidate experience through honest, direct and transparent communication. Andrea believes that in the technology market, each search is unique and the key to her teams success is developing a custom approach for every search to meet that specific clients unique needs. Keith graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Kean University. He currently is the Practice Director of the Healthcare division. Keith started his recruiting career here at TBG in 2016 and immediately fell in love with the staffing industry and the company. He loves the daily grind and being able to do what he loves best. He is excited to see the continued growth of the Healthcare Division.

Keith Olson serves as the Practice Director of the Healthcare Division at The Bachrach Group (TBG).
