1)Data entry – using our electronic medical record to enter immunization data and scan supporting documentation.
2)Customer Service – Answering phones (basic telephone triage) and assisting with general inquiries (phone and walk in)
3)Responding to Emails – use template responses to respond to basic immunization inquires
For this role the ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and heavy attention to detail are key.
Salary: $19.50/HR
