Jack Stevenson has joined TBG as the firm’s first London-based hire, expanding our reach in the European market and bringing specialized expertise in financial services executive search. Jack previously held positions at The Omerta Group and Falcon Brook Search, where he focused on capital markets front-office search and successfully placed senior talent into top-tier institutions across hedge funds, investment banking, and asset management. At TBG, Jack will lead cross-asset, front-office search initiatives, driving the firm’s strategic expansion within the London financial services market as well as other prominent business hubs across Europe.

Prior to entering the executive search industry, Jack spent over a decade as a professional golfer, a background that helped shape the high-level discipline, resilience, and relationship-building instincts he leverages today.
