Full time permanent Physical Therapist… Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Position to administer physical therapy services. Must be able to walk and stand most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Administer physical therapy screens, evaluations and treatment.
This position requires a master's or doctorate of Physical Therapy and licensure for the state where services are contracted by the Company and CPR are also required. Employee must be dependable and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the geriatric residents
