Full time permanent Occupational Therapist
Position to administer occupational therapy services. Responsible for performing a variety of functions which involve evaluation and treatment of residents in a variety of clinical settings as well as supervising the activities of the Occupational Therapy Assistant. Caseloads vary in number and diagnosis
Responsibilities:
Administer occupational therapy screens,evaluations and treatments (as applicable per State Practice Act.) Adhere at all times to HIPAA regulations and guidelines and meet the minimum weekly productivity standard of 85%. Daily documentation is done via Rehab Optima.
Qualifications:
This position requires a degree in Occupational Therapy and certification from NBCOT. Licensure for the state where services are contracted by the Company and CPR are also required. Employee must be dependable and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served.
