Do job seekers pay a fee to work with a recruiter?
No, recruiting services are entirely free for job seekers.

How do I get started?
Send your resume to InternInfo@BachrachGroup.com or use the resume submission form on our site.

What types of roles do you recruit for?
We staff a wide range of roles across industries and placement types (temporary and permanent).

Do you only work with NYC candidates?
We support job seekers nationally and can connect you with the recruiting teams aligned to your location and interests.

What if I’m not sure what I want to do yet?
That’s common. If you can tell us what you enjoy (people-facing vs. analytical, structured vs. creative, fast-paced vs. steady), we can help narrow options and suggest realistic starting points.

TBG Summer Internships

At TBG, our internship program is built to give students meaningful exposure to the recruiting industry and a real seat at the table. Interns support our recruiting teams across offices nationwide, contribute to live searches, and build practical skills they can take into any career path. Along the way, interns receive mentorship, structured learning, and professional development support.

Interns are embedded within a recruiting group aligned to their major or area of interest—so the work feels relevant, not random.

You’ll support the recruiting process end-to-end,
which may include:

  • Candidate outreach and relationship-building
  • Resume reviews and interview scheduling support
  • Market research, competitive/industry insights, and pipeline mapping
  • Learning how teams evaluate talent, communicate with clients, and move candidates through the hiring process
  • Participation in team meetings and live search updates

“Who should apply?”
Ideal for current college students who are:

  • Curious about people, business, and career paths
  • Interested in recruiting, HR, sales, operations, marketing, research, or client services
  • Looking for a fast-paced environment with real responsibility and support

Who is eligible to apply?
This internship is for candidates currently enrolled in college. The program is not intended for high school seniors graduating in May/June 2026.

What is the application deadline?
Please submit your resume for consideration no later than February 13, 2026.

What is the interview timeline and process?
Our interview process typically takes about four weeks and may include an initial screening, interviews with members of the team you’d support, and a final decision step.

When does the 2026 internship program run?
The 2026 program runs from June 1, 2026 through August 14, 2026.

Is this internship remote or in-person?
This is an in-office internship. Applicants should be local to, or able to commute to, one of our office locations.

Do you offer internships across different teams or specialties?
Yes. Interns are typically matched to a recruiting group aligned to their major or area of interest, based on business needs and the candidate’s background.

What can I expect to work on day-to-day?
Interns support active recruiting efforts and may assist with candidate outreach, research/market insights, scheduling support, and team projects—plus a capstone deliverable that your team can use going forward.

What happens after I apply?
If your background aligns with our needs, a member of our team will reach out regarding next steps. Due to volume, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.

Can I apply if I’m graduating in Spring 2026?
Yes! We welcome Spring 2026 graduates to apply. It’s a great way to gain real, in-office experience and “test the corporate waters” before committing to a full-time path.

For over a decade, we've supported students from these leading institutions
