Max Siegman
Senior Managing Director

Max graduated from Indiana University with a Degree in Telecommunications and a minor in Business. Having always been passionate about Digital Media and Technology, Max was thrilled to become a part of the Digital Media Recruiting team. Presently, TBG Digital is one of the fastest-growing teams within our national search firm. By partnering with Enterprise level organizations and assisting Digital Media and Marketing teams, TBG Digital has proven their ability to place qualified candidates across all verticals.

James Schindler
Managing Director of National Sales

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, James graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from St. Francis College. With a background in Marketing and Recruiting, it was a no-brainer to join TBG as the Sales Director for Digital Media, Creative Marketing, and Sales. By networking and collaborating with leading advertising agencies, start-ups, ad-tech, and retail companies, James has effectively placed the best talent nationwide.

Steve Fippinger
Senior Director

Steve graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. After changing career directions, he became an experienced Senior Recruiter in the Advertising and Marketing space. With over 20 years of experience placing candidates at all levels across the nation, Steve has helped make TBG Digital a driving force in the industry.

Alina Paskhaver
Associate Director

Alina graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.  Upon graduating, she found herself in various staffing and recruiting roles. After getting a holistic overview of the industry and developing a passion for it, she joined The Bachrach Group’s Digital Team. Her goal is to gain her clients’ trust and be a true partner, while also staying sensitive to candidates’ career goals and true motivations.

Stephenie Trepess
Associate Director

Stephenie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Savannah College of Art and Design. She has over a decade of experience recruiting for creative and digital marketing professionals. After having successfully worked with both small and large companies, she prides herself on her ability to understand her client and find the perfect match.

Brittany Sklar

Brittany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University. She began her career at TBG interning for the Digital Team, where she learned the “ins and outs” of the digital recruiting world.  This internship sparked her passion for recruiting, networking, and researching, which in turn has led to her success in finding the best talent for our clients.

Nicole Klein

Nicole graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Employment Relations in May 2020. Before joining TBG and moving to NYC, Nicole spent six months at a staffing firm in Philadelphia where she was a part of the IT team. She is thrilled to be a part of the Digital Team and is enjoying developing her knowledge and expertise in the field.

Patrick Davey
Senior Associate

Patrick graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelors’s Degree in Geography and a minor in Political Science. Patrick started his career as a commercial real estate agent, representing some of the most well-known hospitality groups in New York City. Before moving into his current role, Patrick worked on TBG’s Business Development team, cultivating relationships and learning the ins and outs of the recruiting industry. In his free time, he is an avid golfer, concert-goer, and sports fan.

Kevin Metellus

Kevin graduated from Full Sail University with a degree in Audio Visual Engineering. Landing his first job out of college as a service tech, Kevin worked his way up the ranks and became a Field Engineer. Kevin later realized that his true passion was being a bridge between people and working with media. He decided to build and run his own ecommerce website, which exposed Kevin to the different media channels. He combined his skills with his passion, and joined the Digital team at The Bachrach Group.
