Claire Francisco, Director

Claire graduated from one of the top and only national universities in her country of origin, The University of the Philippines. There she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication. She originally started with TBG in 2012 and has a total of 15+ years of experience in the staffing industry, specializing in Healthcare. She works in between our NYC and NJ offices and co-directs our Medical Team who fulfills temporary, per diem, and permanent roles in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and center-based facilities. She is very personable and makes herself available 24/7 for both her candidates and clients providing the utmost level of professionalism at all times.

Keith Olson, Managing Director, Healthcare

Keith graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Kean University. He currently is the Practice Director of the Healthcare division. Keith started his recruiting career here at TBG in 2016 and immediately fell in love with the staffing industry and the company. He loves the daily grind and being able to do what he loves best – talking all day long. He is excited to see the continued growth of the Healthcare Division.
