A managed IT Services provider with locations in New York, New Jersey and Texas has an immediate opening for a Windows Engineer in their headquarters in Plano, TX . This position requires being on an On-Call schedule which will be shared with other member of the technical team. Applicant must be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, customer oriented, and business presentable. A Reliable vehicle for transportation is a must. This is Full Time position.
Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft Technologies and network infrastructure.
- Experience troubleshooting of Windows desktop environment (networking, OS, Microsoft Office suite, PC hardware, printers)
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Server (2012, 2016 and 2019) and Active Directory
- Experience with Virtualization platforms, specifically, VMware and vCloud
- Strong documentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using automated helpdesk ticketing systems
- US Citizenship

- Asterisk/VOIP phone systems
- Storagecraft Backup
- Sonicwall appliances
- Connectwise
- Crystal Reports
