Full time permanent Physical Therapist
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Administer physical therapy screens, evaluations and treatment
Adhere at all times to HIPAA regulations and guidelines and meet the minimum weekly productivity standard of 85%.
This position requires a master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy and licensure for MD and CPR are also required.
