VP, Asset Management

  • Portfolio and Relationship Management:

    • Landlord Relationships –

      • Central point of contact for current landlords as it relates to Facilities

      • Work with the Real Estate deal team and Operations team to transition / hand-off space and on-going property oversight

      • Responsible for conflict resolution with ownership

      • Maintain database of buildings and landlords.

    Capital Improvements and Risk Management:

    • Assess, budget, prioritize and coordinate capital expenditure opportunities and issues in collaboration with Capital Finance Team,  and respective GM and Real Estate regional lead

      • Analyze each WeWork locations’ life stage and cross-reference lease milestones (ie. Renewals, additional landlord concessions, etc)

      • Conduct site visits according to WeWork location life stage risk classification

      • Manage development, restoration and upgrade of projects

      • Help prepare financial analysis of capital investment recommendations including for presentation to relevant WeWork decision makers.

    Lease Administration and Reporting Oversight:

    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and build systems and templates

      • Tracking and Reporting – highlightcontract dates,renovations, scheduling, pricing/cost, etc.

      • Determine strategy and execute changes basedon analytics and trend forecasts

      • Provide on-goinginternal updates on the current status of the asset(s) business plan

    Internal Stakeholder Collaboration (Real Estate/Finance/Operations/Physical/Legal):

    • Legal

      • Work with Legal on all lease documentation (leases, amendments, extensions, expansions, etc).

    • Finance

      • Offer insight to assist Finance on Capital improvements, and Asset related expenditures.  

    • Operations/Community

      • Assist Community and Operations on communication with possession and transition

      • Work with Capital Finance team in guiding Capital improvements budgeting and process execution.
