Deputy Business Liaison/ Technology Manager – Business Technology – Markets Group
The premier banking institution that plays a leadership role in monetary policy for New York seeks a Deputy Business Liaison
Expertise/Experience:
10-15 years of experience working on technology efforts in a financial markets environment (buy side, sell side or central banking preferred)
Solid understanding of the basic trade and security issuance lifecycle for fixed income securities (with a focus on US Treasuries) and the analytic data that support analysis of the business
Strong knowledge of financial and economic concepts and related Markets business processes
Excellent management and organizational skills, including the ability to direct multiple assignments and manage staff with a wide range of educational and professional experience
Strong knowledge of the analytic tools and techniques used to analyze and communicate analysis to stakeholders across the bank, system and board at all levels of management
Strong knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python, Access, Excel, SharePoint, Spotfire, R, and Tableau
Education—B.S. with coursework in IT, Economics or Finance; Masters degree in IT, Business Administration or other relevant advanced degree preferred
