nside Sales Rep –  – City of Industry, CA


Reporting to:               General Manager – City of Industry, CA


Location:                     City of Industry, CA


Scope of the Role:

The Inside Sales Rep (ISR) is responsible for working closely with the General Manager in regards to day-to-day development and execution of the inside sales strategy to drive revenue and customer growth.  The ISR should possess a strong working knowledge of the service proposition and collaborate closely with the GM to establish and promote a customer-focused sales culture within the local team.  The ISR will utilize customer, product and industry specific knowledge to engage and grow the customer base, as well as assist in coaching and developing sales skill within other team members.



  • Increase site sales volume on a consistent basis through existing customer base and new account acquisition
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to manage large projects and multi-step opportunities through the Target Report and Salesforce Pipeline
  • Provide all elements of customer service including but not limited to:
    • Heavy volume of inside & some outside sales solicitation
    • Minimum of 35 outbound calls on daily basis
    • Computerized order entry
    • High level customer problem solving
  • Ensure that the service proposition is being executed on a daily basis
  • Coach and develop sales skill within other team members
  • Any other tasks necessary to the functioning of the site as needed

  • Understanding of Manufacturing / Distribution industries with sales experience
  • +2 years Inside Sales Experience
  • Demonstrate and prove a successful track record in business to business sales
  • General computer & data entry proficiency
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
