Real Estate Analyst
Do you have a love of real estate and expert level excel modeling skills? My client is one of the largest developers in the intermountain west and needs an analyst to join their investment team. They have already closed on 1 billion in real estate and have another 1.5 billion in the pipeline.
Requirements
- 1 year fulltime work expereince in real estate analysis, private equity, banking or like role.
- Expert level excel skills
- Interest in commercial real estate. Previous work in the field is preferred, but not required.
- Excelent work ethic
- Team player
