RN needed to create, put in place and review Performance Improvement and Infection Control Programs that support the Home Care objectives in delivering quality home care services
Monitor PI Programs, retool training materials if necessary and provide education to the staff for purposes of performance improvements, infection control, changes in federal or state regulations, etc.
BSN required
Minimum of 2 years experience in a CHCHA
Experience working in performance improvement, knowledge of PI applications, tools and techniques
