  • Manage internal and external relationships 
  • Source candidates, market research, oversee hiring process concept to on-boarding
  • Interview and assess candidates for temporary, non exempt and exempt positions
  • Develop job descriptions, create requisitions and applicant tracking
  • Coordinate relocation, immigration, staffing and recruiting
  • Initiate and track pre-employment screens
  • Liaison with recruiting partners
  • Minimum 5 years' experience professional and high volume skilled trades recruiting
  • Integrity, initiative, organized and project management
