TBG's Diversity Certification

· Our ground breaking training program, The Bachrach Group DEIB Certification (TDC), empowers recruiters with skills to source diverse talent, address biases, and cultivate a dynamic talent pipeline through innovative search strategies, thus enriching our talent acquisition practices and fostering a more diverse workforce across the industries we serve.

· The course equips our recruiters to find talent that aligns seamlessly with our clients’ DEIB goals, making a significant contribution to their organizational success.

· To attain a TDC, all course participants are required to successfully pass a comprehensive test with a perfect score of 100%.

Led by our Director of Talent Acquisition, Holly Fiorino, who is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) by AIRS, an ADP Company.
