Clinical Coordinator (Nephrology) *Possible Temp to Perm Start Date: Schedule: M-F 9a-5p Report To: Bessie Craig Possible Perm Salary: $53,100 The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for working with faculty to coordinate the care for patients receiving procedures in the Division of Nephrology, and provides nursing care in the recovery area. The Coordinator is responsible for peripheral IV insertions, phlebotomy and monitoring labs, monitoring vital signs, medication administration including IV infusions and IM/SQ injections and for GFR measurement. Performs 24 hour BP monitoring and assessments per MD orders. Maintains inventory for all biopsies and clinical infusions. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training and experience, plus two years of related experience. Current NYS RN license.
